▼Agreement Policy

・The user account is allowed to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets.

・Event broadcasting, photography, live streaming and other multimedia actions will be conducted on the day of the event. Please be aware that you may be filmed and/or recorded on camera.

・By purchasing tickets and entering the event you accept the following rules and guidelines (including the code of conduct, privacy policy, minor/guardian agreement)

・The video/photo materials taken at event may be used in the media, video streaming services, social network services, etc. You will not be gratified with any percentage from any media shared on social media.

・Electronic tickets will only be available for all performances and all types of seats. Electronic tickets are available only for smartphones. No screenshots of electronic tickets will be accepted for admission.

・No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be allowed after tickets have been purchased other than specified in the refund policy.

・Please be aware this is a multi-artist event, there may be sudden changes or cancellations in the lineup of artists.

・Any types of recordings with electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, cell phones, nor cameras of any types or PCs during the performance is not permitted. If you decide to share any material recorded during the event you may be claimed by the organiser and any income would go to the organiser. 

・Resale of tickets purchased through this service to a third party for any reason is strictly prohibited. Also, the act of providing tickets to a third party for resale is also prohibited.

・The organiser will not be held responsible for any problems that may occur as a result of transfer or resale.

every ticket holder is obliged to follow the event regulation as well as code of conduct available on the website of the event 

・organiser has the right and is the decision maker to remove a certain individual in case of violating the rules of the event or SBX code of conduct violation

・Applying to the governmental and local rules 

・Documents such as ticket purchase agreement, event regulation, code of conduct and privacy policy will be printed and available for customer to read it on the spot 

・The event organiser declares there will be marks and announcements informing event participants about them being filmed by the camera team

・Entering with prohibited items can result in removing individual from the event and contacting local authorities 

・Minors are obliged to present a filled out SBX Minor/Guardian Agreement on the spot as well, if it applies - to present with the guardian on the event

・Once the event is finished please follow the instructions of the hosts and organiser 

・Minors U16 need to attend the event with a guardian, Minors above 16 can attend the event with written consent from the guardian(form available on the website of the ticket sales)

・Organisers reserves a right to update the ticket purchase agreement for the ongoing changes and updates happening locally in the place of the event(governmental, covid related, visa and any other)
